Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    3 c. scalded milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 c. cubed American cheese
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Pour scalded milk over bread crumbs.
    Add onion, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs to bread crumb mixture.
