Fancy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 10 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, chives, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture into greased 9-inch square pan, dot with butter and bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0 until golden brown.
