Traditional Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1 prepared recipe Martha White Cornbread, crumbled (about 6 cups)
4 slices bread, torn into small pieces (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Lightly grease 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish or pan. Melt butter in skillet, saute celery and onion until tender, about 3 minutes. In large mixing bowl, combine corn bread, cook celery, bread, onion, sage and black pepper.
Stir broth and eggs into cornbread mixture, blend well. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
