Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1 3/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.
Add egg yolks and milk slowly, beating until batter is smooth.
Then add melted butter and fold in beaten egg whites.
Cook in waffle iron.
