Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 corn tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef or chicken
    1 (16 oz.) can chili with beans
    14 oz. can enchilada sauce
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 to 4 c. grated cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut tortillas in quarters.
    Dip in small amount of hot oil for a few seconds, until slightly crisp.
    Drain on paper towels. Brown meat, add garlic and onion.
    Drain.
