Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1 can ripe olives
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 cans (20 oz. each) Las Palmas enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 white onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 potatoes, diced fine
Preparation
    Cut flour tortillas in thin slices; layer in pan.
    Add 1/2 of enchilada sauce on top of tortillas, then grated cheese, chopped olives, onion, salt, garlic and pepper.
    Cook hamburger until brown.
    Mix potatoes in with hamburger.
    Layer ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
