Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and cottage cheese; beat in sugar, eggs, cornstarch, flour, lemon juice, rind, vanilla, butter and sour cream.
    Pour onto graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Let stand on oven rack 2 hours, then refrigerate.
