Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. water chestnuts
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Melt butter; add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion, lemon juice and seasoned salt.
Saute about 3 to 4 minutes and remove from heat.
Alternate on skewers the chicken, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Brush with butter mixture and broil 3 to 5 minutes per side, turning often.
Roll in Parmesan cheese when done.
Makes 4 servings.
