Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 14 carrots
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
3 Tbsp. sharp grated cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Slice and cook carrots until tender.
Drain.
In small dish, combine everything but bread crumbs and butter.
Spread over carrots.
Top with bread crumbs and butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
