Stoney Creek Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (deer)
2 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Jamaican Hellfire or Texas Pete
2 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 c. stewed tomatoes (optional)
Preparation

Begin to brown beef.
Place beans into crock-pot.
Mix in the onion, garlic, pepper, chili powder and hot sauce of your choice. Drain beef after it has been browned and mix with the beans. Simmer until beans are tender.
