Buttermilk Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil. Blend in mixing bowl the next 3 ingredients and then add hot mixture. Slightly beat the remaining ingredients into the above mixture. Use a large cake roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
