Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. grated coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually.
    Beat until glossy.
    Fold in flour, salt, vanilla and coconut.
    Line baking sheets with greased heavy brown paper. Drop coconut mixture by teaspoon on sheets.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
