Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a well-oiled casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
