Dee'S Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Sift together and fold into pumpkin mixture the next 6 ingredients.
    Spread in greased or wax paper lined jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
    Top with walnuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on a towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Start at narrow end and roll towel and cake together.
    Cool, not cold, just cool.
