Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread, decrusted and buttered
1 lb. breakfast sausage
5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with bread.
Brown sausage and spread on top of bread and then top with cheese.
Beat eggs.
Add salt, dry mustard and milk and pour on top of cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
