Spinach And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. half and half
    4 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Wash and chop spinach.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add half and half and slowly heat to boiling.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Arrange layers of spinach and layers of sauce in buttered baking dish, ending with sauce.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
