Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. corn flakes, measured then crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    tomato soup or tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all together except soup or juice.
    Make into patties. Roll in flour.
    Brown in fat on both sides.
    Place in casserole. Pour soup or juice over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
