Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage or ham
    18 oz. hash browns, defrosted
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    9 eggs, beaten
    6 to 8 slices white bread, crust removed
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Place bread on bottom.
    Layer all other ingredients:
    sausage or ham, hash browns, Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses and eggs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
