Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil and 1/2 c. applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, chopped (finely) apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil, vanilla, apples and all other ingredients.
Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed (or greased and floured).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
May top with a large container of whipped topping if desired.
