Cheese, Macaroni And Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    17 oz. evaporated milk
    1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 to 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. sliced hot dogs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Blend in evaporated milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheeses.
    Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in macaroni and hot dog slices.
    Pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
