Steamed Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (long grain)
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil or butter
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put
all
ingredients, except rice, in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; add rice.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook 25 minutes. Serve with favorite dish.
