Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean pork
2 Tbsp. fat
1/4 c. water
2 bell peppers
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown pork in melted fat in skillet over medium heat.
Add water, peppers and onions.
Simmer until tender.
Add pineapple with syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and brown sugar mixed with cornstarch.
Bring to boiling point and simmer until sauce is thick and meat is tender.
Serve on rice.
