Classic Brooklyn Egg Cream - cooking recipe

1 c. milk
1/4 c. seltzer
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
Preparation

Pour the milk into a 12-ounce chilled glass.
Spritz in the seltzer until a white head reaches the top of the glass.
Spoon in the syrup with a little wrist action.
Serves 1.
