Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep-dish pie shells
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 large eggs
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. onions, chopped
Preparation
    Steam spinach.
    Beat 4 eggs, 1/2 of milk, 1 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 cup Cheddar.
    Add 1 package of spinach.
    Pour into 1 pie shell.
    Top with onions.
    Repeat for 2nd pie shell.
