Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, diced
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 lb. grated cheese
12 oz. bottle Russian dressing or Catalina dressing
1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation

Cut or tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Fry ground beef, drain fat and cool.
Drain kidney beans.
Keep all ingredients separate until just before serving time.
Combine ingredients in the order given.
Mix gently to blend all together.
Serve immediately.
