Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. low-fat margarine
    Pam spray
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. flavorings (my favorite is lemon)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, margarine, egg, buttermilk and flavorings. Drop by teaspoon onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
