Asparagus Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 slices day old bread (crusts removed)
    3 oz. Blue cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 egg, beaten
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cans asparagus spears
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    With rolling pin, flatten bread.
    Combine Blue cheese, cream cheese and egg.
    Mix well.
    Spread on bread crumbs, covering to edges.
    Place 1 asparagus spread on each slice.
    Roll tightly. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
