Greek Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground round steak
1 c. chopped parsley
1 large onion, grated
5 slices fresh bread
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. mint leaves
salt and pepper to taste
corn oil for frying
juice of one lemon
Preparation

Moisten bread with water and squeeze out any excess water. Beat eggs by hand and add all ingredients to meat, mixing well. Rub a little corn oil on hands and form meat mixture into balls. Fry in a little corn oil.
