Vanilla-Apricot Bark - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
    16 oz. white baking pieces (vanilla milk)
    1/3 c. finely snipped dried apricots
    2 Tbsp. finely snipped dried apricots
Preparation
    Preparation:
    Toast nuts 5 minutes in oven; snip apricots. In medium microwave-safe bowl, melt chips in microwave on High for 1 minute.
    Remove and stir.
    Return to microwave for 1 minute. Mix in apricots and nuts.
    Spread mixture over foil-covered cookie sheet.
    Garnish top of mixture with remaining 2 tablespoons apricots.
    Push down in place.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Lift off foil; break into pieces.
