Apricot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 medium sized can apricots
    3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine Jell-O and hot water; mix in blender.
    Add cream cheese and blend.
    Add apricots, including liquid, and blend on \"liquify.\"
    Pour in mold and chill.
    Garnish with extra apricots.
