Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
cinnamon
Preparation

Combine rice, milk, sugar and salt.
Mix well.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla to rice mixture. Add raisins. Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Bake uncovered.
