Black Bean Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black beans
1 can chicken broth
1 can Salsa
1 green pepper, sliced
1 package flour tortillas
1 large onion
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper until tender in chicken broth. Wash and drain black beans. Mash one can of black beans. Add beans and salsa.
Cook until thick. Place about 3 or 4 tablespoon of mixture on tortillas and roll up and folding ends in. Place in pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes. Serve on chopped lettuce and tomatoes topped with sour cream.
