Spaghetti And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 cans tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 bell pepper, cut in half
black pepper
1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic in skillet.
Drain off grease.
Add tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, bell pepper, black pepper and Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning to hamburger mixture. Mix together and simmer 1 hour.
Boil spaghetti; drain water off. Mix in meat sauce or serve meat sauce over spaghetti on individual plates.
