Watercress Salad With Creamy Garlic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 bunch watercress (about 6 oz.)
    1/2 cucumber
    1 carrot
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons water, lemon juice, 1/4 salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and garlic.
    Cut stems of watercress. Peel cucumber; remove the seeds and cut into slices.
    Peel carrot and grate.
    Pour dressing on top.
