German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. peeled, thinly sliced apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in bowl.
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Beat on low speed until well blended.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Spoon in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 1 hour or until tested done.
