Cold Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can drained tuna
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 can drained water chestnuts, chopped
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, curry powder and garlic salt; mix well, then add tuna, celery, peas, onions and water chestnuts.
    Mix well and let set in refrigerator for 8 hours.
    At serving time, add chow mein noodles and almonds.
    Serve cold.
    Makes large salad.
