Apple Mint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. size tea bag
    1/2 c. fresh mint leaves
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    4 thin slices lemon
    4 sprigs fresh mint
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a pitcher; pour in water. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove and discard tea bag and mint leaves.
    Add apple juice.
    Serve over ice and garnish each glass with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
    Contains 63 calories per cup.
