Dot'S Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. jalapeno or hot pepper, chopped
1 c. sweet pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo

Preparation

Boil all ingredients except Certo and remove from heat for 20 minutes. Heat again to rolling boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; let stand 2 minutes. Add Certo and stir until mixture thickens. Pour into small jars and seal.
