Graham Cracker Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 cinnamon graham crackers
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, mixed with 1/2 cream and 1/2 milk, beat as directed on pkg.
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Make pudding.
    In separate bowl stir until well blended the whipping cream, Nestle Quik, vanilla, coffee and sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then whip until very stiff.
    Stack four graham crackers with pudding between each (no pudding on top cracker).
    Frost with
    whipped topping.
    Refrigerate for a few hours.
    Keeps well.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
