Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. chow mein noodle
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken
    1 can mandarin orange (optional)
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. light soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Place the 1/2 noodles, the chicken and lettuce in large bowl with water chestnuts and green onion.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce.
    Pour sauce over chicken and remaining noodle.
    Toss before serving.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
