Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean venison
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cut venison in strips with grain.
    Mix all ingredients and marinate meat overnight.
    Remove and dry with paper towels. Place on cookie sheet.
    Dry in 200\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 hours or until dry to touch.
    Cool and store in tightly sealed jar.
