Pineapple-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. coconut
    1/4 c. water
    2 unbaked pie shells
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
    Add eggs, pineapple, water and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Cook in 400\u00b0 oven until pie begins to brown, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 until pie is firm.
    Makes 2 pies.
