Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries
    2 c. sugar
    2 or 3 peeled grated apples
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 small pkg. raspberry jello
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Wash and grind cranberries.
    Stir in sugar, apples and pineapple.
    Let stand 1/2 hour. Dissolve jello in boiling water and when it starts to congeal, stir in fruit mixture.
    Add 1/2 cup nut meats, if desired.
    Pour into mold and chill until firm.
