Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1/4 c. onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
    (Save 2 ounces of grated Cheddar cheese for topping.)
    Bake, covered, in a greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Bake another 1/4 hour, uncovered.
