Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
pinch of nutmeg
4 Tbsp. butter
2 lg. Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425.
Combine flour, milk, eggs, and nutmeg. Beat lightly and leave batter a little lumpy.
Divide butter and melt in two 9-inch pie pans.
When pans are hot divide batter equally between pie pans.
Top with sliced apples and bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.
