Easy Sour Cream Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen flounder, thawed
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Lightly spray pan with oil.
    Place flounder in pan; cover with mixed ingredients.
    Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
