Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch (or flour) and sugar with 3 tablespoons cold water.
    Stir into hot water in a double boiler.
    Cook until thickened (20 to 30 minutes).
    Add butter, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    (Cook 2 to 10 minutes longer.)
