Salmon Patties With Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    1/3 c. grated carrot
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and boned
    1/2 c. oat bran hot cereal (uncooked)
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup yogurt, carrot, celery, 1 tablespoon green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill.
    Mix well.
    Cover and chill.
