Baked Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. croutons
    1 lb. browned sausage
    4 Egg Beaters
    2 1/2 c. milk
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until well mixed.
    Add the browned sausage, milk, cheese and soup.
    Mix.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 2 cups croutons. Add the above mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
