Oven Roasted Potatoes - Greek Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges
    juice of 1 lemon
    2/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. onion powder or 1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix to equally distribute the spices and bake uncovered in deep pan in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. After 40 minutes, remove pan from oven and shake the potatoes. Return to oven and leave them undisturbed for the remainder of the time.
